Home Roast Peanuts



I like to munch on peanuts each day. I was delighted, two days ago, my friend and I bought 40 lbs of raw peanuts for 10 bucks from a wholesale store. So, we divided into three portions. I experimented to roast peanut, first time in my life.

Home Roast Peanuts without salt

1 lb Raw Peanuts

1. Preheat oven 350.
2. Spread the peanuts on a 13x9 baking sheet.
3. Put in the middle rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Stir once or twice.
4. Take out and let cool on rack.
5. Enjoy.
